15th annual Georgia Literary Festival
The 2013 Georgia Literary Festival will be hosted for the first time in historic Milledgeville on the weekend of November 9.
Planning for this multi-day event in the lovely central Georgia city has been underway for several months with a committee led by Barry Reese, director of the Twin Lakes Library System, serving as chairman. Representatives of many civic and educational organizations in the area are taking part in the planning, and invitations are now being prepared for authors.
- Exhibit space is $50 for 10' x 10' Space or $100 for 10' x 20' Space. No tables or chairs will be provided.
- 10' x 10' exhibit space is good for one vendor and one helper. 10' x 20' exhibit space is good for up to two vendors.
- All exhibit spaces are located in downtown Milledgeville within the Festival Area.
- Set up for vendor booths start at 7:00am and end at 8:30am. No vehicles allowed in exhibition space after 8:30am.
- Exhibit spaces are assigned by committee members and may not be altered.
- Exhibit space is limited and is based on a first come, first serve basis.
- No electricity will be offered. Generators are prohibited.
- Food vendors are prohibited.
- Application does not guarantee a booth. Exhibitor will be notified upon acceptance.
- Vendors applying for a booth must submit a photo of their work along with their application.
- All fees must be submitted at the time of application.
- Application fee will be returned for applicants not accepted.
- Late applicants must submit a $30 late fee in addition to the booth fee. There will be no refunds or cancellations after October 15th, 2013.
- Application deadline is September 15th, 2013.
