2013 Healthy Holiday Fun Run Series
We've added 6 fantastic races to the series in 2013! You're welcome to run one or two but we encourage, even challenge you to run all six! In fact if you do all six races we are going to give you the biggest medal Kansas City has ever seen! A SIX INCH MEDAL! So grab your friends and family, get on your running shoes and let's stay active and healthy this year Kansas City!

- Easter Escapade - March 23rd
- Firecracker Flight - June 29th
- Halloween Hustle - October 26th
- Turkey Trails - November 23rd
- Candy Cane Course - December 14th
We are proud to partner with 2 other races, Spring into Fitness 5K April 20th and Run for Rachel 5K May 25th as make up races for the Healthy Holiday Fun Run Series. If you are unable to run in one of the 6 races and still want to qualify for the 6 Inch Medal these races can be used as make-ups races. You will need to download, print and fill out this form and return to the registration booth of the next race or return to Bodies Personal Training.
The best run series in Kansas City is only getting better. Each race will have a 5K and 10K distance. All kinds of great shirts from dri fit to tech, from long-sleeve to short and even the infamous hoodie! Every race will also have a large, custom-cast finisher medal for all ages and speeds! Complete all 6 and recieve the coveted 6 INCH MEDAL. That's right an inch for every race in the series!
