23rd Annual Golden Fine Arts Festival
The 23rd Annual Golden Fine Arts Festival will be Saturday & Sunday, August 17-18, 2013 in the historic downtown district of Golden, Colorado. Our 2012 Festival had 132 artists and historically, we have 35,000-40,000 attendees.
Festival Judges will award prizes in 9 categories: Ceramics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, 2D, Painting, Photography, & Sculpture. Total Cash Awards equal over $2,000.

No Golden summer would be complete without the Golden Fine Arts Festival.
In its 23rd year, the juried festival and open-air art gallery attract more than 35,000-40,000 people to Golden.
We are thrilled so many people consider the Festival a highlight of summer and appreciate the hard working and talented artists who give the Festival its personal and friendly feel.
There is no admission fee and as always, the Festival features free horse-drawn carriage rides through historic downtown Golden, live music and artist demonstrations. For younger art lovers, be sure to check out the ArtReach Kids Art Zone.
New this year, the Clear Creek History Park is featuring Artisans in the Park. Visitors will have the opportunity to observe demonstrations by blacksmiths, leather toolers, spinners, and fiber artists, and can even purchase their traditional artwork on the spot.
Be sure to wander into Golden's historic downtown as many of our shops and galleries are featuring artist demonstrations and special deals all weekend long.
