3rd Annual Winter Carnival
Lynden welcomes winter with a day of outdoor art-making, studio activities, tours and tree-walks, and whatever winter activities the weather permits. American Fantasy Classics are planning this year's events, which will include the launch of a new, outdoor nAbr gallery (Ashley Janke's curatorial project) on the grounds. Jessica Meuninck-Ganger and Nathaniel Stern will be on the premises completing an installation for their exhibition, Surfacing. The art studio will be open for wool felt marble-making in the morning and candle-making in the afternoon. Plus we'll have The Good Food Dude on hand all day, serving hot panini sandwiches, hot soup, fresh fruit smoothies, chocolate chip cookies, hot chocolate and a full espresso bar, featuring Alterra coffee!
Watch or participate on foot, skis, snowshoes or skates (bring your own). We're beginning to fill in the details and will continue to add information below.
