Since 1958, we have brought you Indiana's premier outdoor living show. Certainly flowers & patios are at the core of what we offer. However, looking beyond the namesakes of the show you will find hot tubs, grills, decks, water features, potted plants, experts, tools, outdoor furniture, pools, pavers, ‘green' products, outdoor kitchens, yard art and so much more! The show will feature 40+ extravagant showcase / exhibitor gardens crafted by many of Indiana's premier landscapers, hundreds of finer outdoor living experts, and thousands of ideas to take home!
Our roots
In 1958, Ed and Thelma Schoenberger took an idea and developed it into an event. Amid the dreary late winter blahs, that event has ushered Hoosiers into spring for the last 55 years. The Schoenbergers offered Indianapolis a unique exposition of landscaping and gardening, original in that it focused exclusively on the designs of gardens, patios, and finer outdoor living. Ed and Thelma found that most shows around the country were not garden shows but they were mainly home shows with flowers added.
The Indiana Flower & Patio Show, which has been owned by Hobby Shows Incorporated since 1989, is no home show. We ensure only the best exhibitors and landscapers participate to help fulfill every finer outdoor living need. We've got what has made our show great for over 55 years - Gardens. Landscapes.
