The Kansas City Live! Block transforms into Bourbon Street for one night each year - Don't miss the festivities on Saturday, February 9, 2013! The balconies will be crazy-decorated for Mardi Gras and the block will be alive with Bourbon Street entertainers, including fire jugglers, face painters, mimes, a band and more!
