Whether you write fiction, poetry, essays, articles, or short stories, there is an art to stringing together words to elicit a certain response and reaction from your readers. The 8th Annual Northern Colorado Writers Conference centers around the idea that all good writing emerges from those writers who have the heart of an artist. Register today for the opportunity to focus on your craft for two days and breath new life and color into your writing. The conference welcomes all levels of writers; those just starting out all the way up to those who are well-established. To ensure an intimate conference experience, registration is limited to 125 writers.
On April 6, there will be a free, 3-hour preconference workshop for everyone who is registered for the event. All your questions will be addressed and answered there.
Over the course of the weekend you will have a chance to attend 8 different workshops from industry professionals, (giving you 8 hours of direct instruction), listen to an amazing keynote speaker, connect with other writers, talk with agents and editors (even if you aren't pitching to them), get a feel for what is going on in the publishing industry and most importantly, inspire your writing. For two days you will be immersed in the world of writing and get to hang out with people who are as passionate about it as you are.
