Big Buckle Bash
The PREMIERE pre-Rodeo event in the Tri-State area! The first annual Big Buckle Bash was held in 2011 and had over 500 people downtown, rockin' out to country hits and dancin' in the street!
Fort Madison is a quaint river town located on the Mighty Mississippi, with a downtown that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With one of the oldest downtown west of the Mississippi River, we have a picturesque small town setting lined with architectural gems and unique boutiques. Thanks to Main Street's efforts, downtown Fort Madison is rockin'! Join us as we celebrate our revitalization efforts at the second annual Big Buckle Bash!

Not only do we have amazing music, great food and drink, but we have activities for "kids" of all ages! From clowns and pony rides, to a mechanical bull and hot wing eating contest, you're sure to have an unforgettable night! Even downtown businesses and area artisans will have plenty to offer in the way of shopping. Children under 12 are free to enter. Be sure to come by 7pm, so you don't miss the children's activities and great shopping.
