Her impressive career has spanned more than 50 years. At 13, Judy Collins made her public debut performing Mozart's Concerto for Two Pianos but it was the music of such artists as Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger, as well as the traditional songs of the folk revival, that sparked Judy's love of lyrics. She soon moved away from the classical piano and began her lifelong love with the guitar.

Opening act, Timothy Scott McConnell, otherwise known as Ledfoot, classifies himself as Gothic Blues, and his masterful songwriting and haunting voice portray the idea of this new genre to perfection. His guitar of choice is an acoustic which in today's world of electric guitar riffs and ease of use is unusual. First signed to a major label at the age of 19 in 1979, he has worked with some of the greats in the music industry.

The Palace Theatre has been a family owned business in Eastwood since 1922.

This landmark of Central New York was first owned and built by Alfred Dibella as a 1300 seat neighborhood movie theatre and a 2nd floor dine and dance ballroom. In 1959 Alfred passed away and gave ownership to his daughter Frances who renovated the Palace Theater at that time. With business smarts and sensibility and an old school style of keeping the baby boomers in check, Frances maintained The Palace Theater up until the age of 89 when she passed on in April 26, 2004.

Honoring the family owned business, Ms. Frances Dibella granted The Palace Theater to her nephew Michael Heagerty in April, 2004. Michael an artesian and a 25 year entrepreneur, has creatively renovated The Palace Theatre. He has innovatively updated the facility while maintaining the architectural integrity.

Our mission is to provide a unique venue that can host a variety of functions including reherseals dinners, anniversary parties, film premieres, seminars , fundraisers, graduation ceremonies and the list goes on. Our catering department offers a full service bar and designs each menu specific for your event. Our variety of space will work for the small office meeting for 15 people, the film premiere for 300 or the comedy show that requires seating for 700.

We are excited to see our business transform from the once single screen movie house to this multi faceted event space.
