Cooking Workshop: Herbs Everywhere

Learn how to make herb-infused oils, when to use fresh vs. dried herbs and how to create an herb-crusted pork loin, white bean ragout and wilted spinach with preserved lemon.

We'll be creating a rosemary and thyme oil, basil oil and cilantro oil. There will be tasty samples galore and great recipes to try at home!

Cook fresh, fabulous food and learn from the best-professional chefs from the Springs Cafe by the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas.

Members-sign up for all three cooking workshops in the series and receive a discounted price of $75.
