Dancing Uphill 2013

UVM dance student Dan Yablonsky presented his solo Non-Mechanical Tools of Human Advancement at the recent American College Dance Festival Association's (ACDFA) New England Region Conference held at Connecticut College February 8-11, 2012. Adjudicated by a panel of dance professionals, Dan's work was selected as one of the ten "best of the conference" dances and included in the closing Gala Concert. Additionally, the piece was one of three chosen to be performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC as part of ACDFA's National College Dance Festival, representing the best college dance has to offer.
