Mission

First Friday Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing local artists and inspiring civic art in Las Vegas.

Programs

First Friday Foundation will implement programs that keep local artists working, creating, and integrating with the community. Commissioned projects, grants, public art and architecture design competitions, and artist in residence programs are a few examples of how we will accomplish our objectives.

Reason

Art is important to humanity. The result of people expressing their thoughts and ideas through a creative process, art brings people closer together while providing beauty and form in the world. Keeping local artists working and creating and enhancing civic art in our community will

improve the quality of life for all residents.
