Golden Hill Street Fair
The 2nd Annual Golden Hill Street Fair will be held on 25th Street in Golden Hill. The event will feature an incredible array of delicious local food, have a shaded beer garden, bring together Golden Hill musicians to highlight the music scene in our neighborhood with free live music all day, provide interactive art and games, and reveal historical photos of the region to showcase our unique historical past. This is the one street fair in San Diego you don't want to miss!
ABOUT US
The Greater Golden Hill Community Development Corporation (GGHCDC) was founded in 1991 by a group of concerned community members with a shared vision of a better future for Greater Golden Hill. The GGHCDC has a long history of achievement and good-will building in the neighborhood. We have programs that have preserved the historic and unique character of our community. Our Mission Statement is the principle directive that guides our Board of Director's plans and actions.
Through the last few decades, the neighborhood of Greater Golden Hill has kept its historic roots while changing for the better. In the month of June, the Old House Fair showcases Greater Golden Hill's historic homes. The 32nd Street Canyon task force has spearheaded improvement and preservation of the neighborhood's open space. The Golden Hill Certified Farmers Market provides residents with local and organic produce. The Golden Hill Community Garden provides 26 garden plots for Golden Hill residents to grow food while nourishing neighborhood connections.
