Parade Of Lights
Begin your holiday season at the spectacular 39th Annual Parade of Lights. The two-mile parade route in Downtown Denver is the stage for Colorado's brightest holiday tradition. The FREE holiday spectacular features marching bands, ornate floats, and, of course, a special appearance by Major Waddles the Penguin! Grab your hot chocolate and ear-muffs, this year is going to be better than ever!
2013 Parade Participation
Due to the nature of the parade's live broadcast, we will are only able to invite a limited number of applicants to participate in the lineup. Please remember that participation is not guaranteed unless you receive an invitation and confirmation from the parade producers. Preference is given to to participants whose units will maximize the entertainment value, lighting and costuming for this televised event.
Grandstand Tickets
Don't miss your opportunity to enjoy the parade from Grandstand seats in front of the beautiful lights of the City & County building where you can hear the announcements for each unit of the parade.
A limited number of grandstand tickets are available. Tickets are $18 for adults and children 13 and over. Tickets for children ages 2-12 are $16. Children under 2 years old are free as long as the child sits on the lap of a ticket holder. All tickets are $18 when purchased on the day of the event. Click here to purchase tickets.
