Phoenix Film Festival
Overview
The Phoenix Film Festival is proud to announce the 13th Annual Edition of our event. The Festival is planning its biggest and best festival ever. The best way to keep up on the festival is right here on our website, joining our mailing list and to "Like" us on Facebook.
The Phoenix Film Festival has been named one of The 25 Coolest Film Festivals by MovieMaker Magazine and is a program of the 501c(3) non-profit Phoenix Film Foundation. The event was started in 2000 by independent filmmakers as an opportunity to showcase independent filmmaking and it has quickly become Arizona's Largest Film Festival.
The Phoenix Film Festival annually screens over 150 films, holds amazing parties and provides filmmaking seminars to capacity audiences. Over 23,000 attendees enjoy the 8 day festival. The Festival takes place all in one convenient location and is held on 7 screens at the Harkins Scottsdale/101. All parties and workshops are held right on site so you don't miss a thing.
We hope to see you there!
The festival kicks off March 29th with our Opening Night Event. The evening kicks off with a cocktail party in the Party Pavilion featuring food, drinks, music and a silent auction. Then we'll head over to the Harkins Scottsdale 101 Cine Capri for a screening of our Opening Night Film. We'll be kicking off the festival with the Sundance hit, "Robot and Frank" starring Frank Langella, Susan Sarandon, James Marsden, Peter Sarsgaard and Liv Tyler. Tickets are on sale now for Opening Night and all other events for this year's festival.
