Ribbon Cutting for Aeromar Ticket Counter

The City of McAllen and the McAllen Convention and Visitors Bureau plan to host a ribbon cutting for Aeromar's ticket counter and Diamond Club Lounge, Friday March 15, at 5:45 pm (CST). Arrival of the first flight is at 6:25 pm (CST) and the first departing flight leaves at 7:20 pm (CST).

Aeromar, which is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, will provide service aboard CRJ-200, 50-passenger jets. Flights will depart out of Mexico City to McAllen early afternoon and from McAllen to Mexico City early evening on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with enhanced seasonal service during the Easter and Christmas vacation periods featuring weekend days.

The airline has built a strong reputation of delivering top notch customer care, with main focus on the business traveler. Aeromar offers full onboard service free of charge, as well as complimentary acceptance of one piece of checked baggage and access to its VIP Diamond Club Lounges to all passengers without any membership requirements. Aeromar will inaugurate its first International Diamond Club Lounge, at McAllen Airport, bringing the airline's network of lounges to 11.

Thanks to Aeromar's partnership with United Airlines, passengers traveling on any Aeromar flight can earn miles in the MileagePlus frequent flyer program and redeem for travel to over 1,250 destinations worldwide. Aeromar has also established interline ticketing agreements with 20 of the world´s leading carriers, facilitating connections for travel beyond Mexico City.
