Talent42 2013
Talent 42 is the first conference designed specifically for tech recruiters and tech hiring managers. In 2012, companies like Zynga, Facebook, Groupon, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Target, Costco, Federal Reserve, NBC, Zillow, RIM, and Rhapsody sent people to share and learn best practice techniques for finding and recruiting world class technology talent. It was part conference, part training, and all awesome. Chuck Norris awesome.
Some conferences suck. This one won't.
In 2012, 93% of conference attendees rated the conference "awesomely excellent" or "great". That's unusually good.
This year, Joel Spolsky is our keynote speaker. Joel is CEO of Fog Creek Software, co-creator of Stackoverflow.com, blogger and author of Smart and Gets Things Done: Joel Spolsky's Concise Guide to Finding the Best Technical Talent. He knows a thing or two.
86% of last year's attendees said they'd "definitely attend in 2013", and we cap attendance at 250, so you may want to register early.
About Us
Talent42 is a one-of-a-kind conference, 100% focused on technology recruiting best practices.
The idea for Talent42 came from the team at Recruiting Toolbox, who are former tech recruiting leaders from companies like Amazon, Yahoo, and Expedia, and regular conference speakers. And they obviously hit the mark. In 2012, Talent42 sold out, filling 250 seats with hiring managers, tech recruiters, leaders and sourcers all passionate about one thing: technology recruiting best practices. Some of these attendees came from large famous corporations, like Facebook, and others represented small, startup firms looking for the secrets to securing the top talent in technology. Regardless of where they came from or how many years experience they had, a whopping 96% of participants rated Talent42 as "awesomely excellent" or "great" and 86% said they would definitely attend the next Talent42.
