Mission
Tomorrow's Leaders of NWA is designed to provide local professional development for individuals and/or corporate teams and facilitate connections with like professionals while recognizing outstanding leaders in greater NWA.
The target market for this conference is individuals and corporate teams seeking local opportunities for professional development by providing varied career development tracks and catering to professionals at all levels.
Keynote Speakers
Mike Abrashoff
At the age of 36, Mike Abrashoff was selected to become Commander of USS Benfold. At the time he was the most junior Commanding Officer in the Pacific Fleet. The challenges aboard this underachieving Destroyer were staggering, with extremely low morale and the highest turnover rate in the Navy.
Andy Core
Andy has a Master's Degree in the Science of Human Performance and has spent the last 16 years mastering the art of inspiring people to become energized, healthy, motivated and better equipped to thrive in today's hectic society.
Don Soderquist
In 1980, Don Soderquist joined Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as Executive Vice President and served in several other executive positions until his appointment in early 1988 to Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. In January 1999 he was promoted to Senior Vice Chairman of the corporation. Prior to his joining Wal-Mart, Don served sixteen years with Ben Franklin, including six years as President and Chief Executive Officer.
