Tulip Fairy & Elf Festival

Spring officially arrives in Downtown Boulder when the beautiful, colorful Tulip Fairy, along with pint-sized fairies and elves, gather along the Pearl Street Mall 'waking up the tulips'. This much beloved springtime tradition features FREE special activities and performances for girls and boys and more than 15,000 tulips that adorn the world renowned Pearl Street Mall throughout the spring season.

Downtown Boulder, Inc. invites you to join us in celebrating the arrival of tulips and springtime this April 27th at the Tulip Fairy and Elf Festival! Spring officially arrives on the Pearl Street Mall when the beautiful, colorful Tulip Fairy, along with pint-sized fairies and elves, parade around ‘waking up the tulips'. Help grow the parade into a full-blown festival - with entertainment and children's activities. All participants will receive a 10' x 10' space for tents and activities.

Fees to participate are:

• $25 for Non-Profits / DBI Members who are providing a FREE activity
• $50 for Businesses who are providing a FREE activity
• $250 for Businesses who wish to Exhibit and sell merchandise at the event
