WEDNESDAYS AT THE SQUARE
YLC Wednesday at the Square is a free, 12-week concert series with food and drink for sale to benefit the Young Leadership Council. Local artisans also sell their work in the Artist Village near the Camp Street entrance.
Spread a blanket out on the grass of Lafayette Square and rub elbows with the after-work crowd while seeing live performances and watching the sun set. For 12 weeks in the spring and early summer "WATS" and from September to November "Harvest the Music" offer free outdoor concerts from 5-8pm, rain or shine.
Concerts are held every Wednesday from March 6 to May 22, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, rain or shine.
Parking:
Parking is available at metered spots around the downtown area. Please pay the meter or you will be ticketed! There's also a number of downtown office buildings that have open parking garages for a fee.
Cost & Tickets:
Supported by our sponsors and food and drink sales, we are able to offer the concert series free to attendees. Did you know that food and drink tickets may be purchased in advance?
Food and Drink:
Please remember this is a fundraiser, and do not bring outside food or drinks. Concession sales keep it free! All food and beverage is available for purchase using tickets. Tickets can be purchased at each concert, or you can order them online!
YLC Wednesday at the Square is located at Lafayette Square on St. Charles Avenue in the CBD across from Gallier Hall.
